Our roadmap is guided by three pillars:
  1. Category Creation – defining and expanding the Gamified Social Media category
  2. User Experience – creating meaningful, intentional participation
  3. Platform Integrity – maintaining scalable, structured, and sustainable systems
Every roadmap decision must strengthen one or more of these pillars.

Roadmap as Prioritization

Not every idea becomes a feature.
Not every request enters the roadmap. Before inclusion, each item is evaluated against:
  • Does it reinforce the Clannect category?
  • Does it enhance user engagement in a meaningful way?
  • Can it scale without disrupting system integrity?
If the answer to any of these is “no,” it does not enter the roadmap.

Iterative Development

Roadmap items are released iteratively.
  • Small, measurable improvements first
  • Observation and feedback guide refinement
  • Decisions are data-informed, not assumption-driven
This approach ensures each addition strengthens the system and the experience.

We prioritize foundational systems over superficial feature expansion.
  • Core mechanics must be solid before adding layers
  • Interaction logic comes first, visuals and polish follow
  • Scalability and architecture are considered from day one
A rushed feature that weakens structure is avoided.
